NLP Engineer at German startup (varia.media)
We are an early stage media startup that aims to tackle one-sided news consumption and bring back variety to the online news world.
We are in search of an NLP expert who has:
- DataScience or Development Background
- Is experienced with basic DataScience tasks and text specific processing as well as pre-processing methods
- Is experienced in NLP specific frameworks and Languages – Python & Libraries, such as Gensim or Spacy
- Has work experience with specific NLP topics such as entity recognition, entity-level sentiment, topic modelling and similarity analysis
We are based in Munich, Germany and we’re a team of developers and business people. As an NLP expert, you would become a central part of our team and collaborate closely with all of us. Remote work is possible, working location & collaboration modes are to be discussed.
